Principals Rick Principe and Tony Principe of T.R. Funding are also avid car collectors and active in many of automotive organizations throughout Southern California. - Development: 3 to 10 acres of industrial zoned land. Preferred with entitlements in place.
- Redevelopment: Existing facilities between 40,000 to 100,000 square feet.
- Areas: In close proximity to upscale communities.
